  • What is the park's policy for people with disabilities?

    RATES:

    From 33% disability: €5 discount on the regular rate.
    From 65% disability: €10 discount on the regular rate.
    It is essential to present official documentation as proof. Accompanying persons must pay the standard regular rate.


    PRIORITY ACCESS:

    Available to individuals with a certified minimum disability of 33% who also have reduced mobility, or who have certain neurodevelopmental disorders or are on the autism spectrum.
    Also applicable to individuals with a disability equal to or greater than 75%. If the person with a disability is a minor or requires the assistance of a companion, we will provide one wristband for the individual and one for the accompanying adult.
    It is essential to present official documentation as proof.

  • I haven't received the confirmation email for the tickets. What should I do?

    When buying online you will receive an email confirmation with your tickets. This process can take, sometimes, from 30 minutes to an hour.
    If you haven't received your purchase confirmation email, check your SPAM folder.
    If more than an hour has passed, and you couldn’t find the confirmation email in your spam folder or junk Mailbox, contact us by email incidencies@waterworld.es

  • If it rains, do you refund our money and/or does the park close?

    If it rains, the ticket price will not be refunded nor will tickets be provided for another day. Although, in the event of very heavy rain, thunderstorms or very strong wind, the operation of some attraction could be affected, once the adverse conditions have ceased, the operation of the park will return to normal.

  • Can you enter the park with any object?

    No. It is not allowed to enter the park with heavy objects as: portable fridges, umbrellas, trolleys...

  • Is it allowed to leave kids alone into the park?

    From 14 years old you can acces alone. All children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times thought-out the park. Once in the park, they must be supervised always.

  • How is bathing allowed?

    According to the park’s internal regulations, only swimwear is allowed for bathing. Swimming in any other type of clothing is strictly prohibited. Only swim caps are allowed on the head.

    Access to the park is permitted for guests who wish to wear form-fitting burkinis, as long as they do not include protruding elements such as external zippers, loose cords, large hoods, or other accessories that may pose a safety risk.

    However, wearing this type of swimwear may involve certain restrictions on specific attractions for safety reasons. In some cases, the fabric or design of the burkini may present a risk of insufficient sliding, entanglement, restricted movement, or even drowning.

    For this reason, the park management prohibits the use of such swimwear on the following attractions:Kamikazes, Storm, Python, Mamba, Nauyaca, Racing Slides, Wild River y Speed Furious.


    Wearing fitted burkinis is allowed throughout the rest of the park. However, please note that this type of garment is not specifically designed for sliding on water slides or in aquatic circuits. Therefore, the park will not be held responsible for any damage or deterioration to the garment.

  • Are ball games allowed in the park?

    No. Due to reasons to respect and not disturb other customers.

  • Are there cool areas away from the sun?

    Yes, the park has large areas of grass and shade. We also recommend the use of a high factor sun cream during your visit. Our onsite shop has a range of sun lotions. 

  • Are pets allowed into the park?

    Pets are not allowed into the park. Only guide dogs for the blind are allowed with appropiate accreditation.

  • Does the park have parking facilities?

    Yes. The park has paid guarded parking (€5). We encourage you not to leave any valuables in your vehicle, and use our locker service for storage.

  • Is bungee jumping included in the price of the ticket?

    No, Bungee jumping is not included in the price of the ticket.

  • I've lost my physical pas, What I have to do?

    If you have lost the puysical pass, don't worry, you can always request a new one at the information desck. It costs €3 per pass.

  • Do I have to pay even if I'm not going to use the attractions and just want to walk around the waterpark?

    Yes, all clients must pay before entering the park.

  • Are there special offers to go to the park?

  • Is it possible to buy tickets in advance?

    No. You can only buy tickets in advance in our web site. Always read carefully both the purchase conditions and the specific conditions of the ticket you want to buy.

    Yes. With your seasonal pass you can enjoy everyday of the season. You can buy the seasonal pass only online.

  • Do I have to do the cue even if I have bought the ticket in advanced on your web?

    No, with the locator of your online ticket  go directly to the turnstiles of the acces of the park.

  • Does the park open all summer?

    Water World opens daily from 10:00 on may 24th until September 21st, 2025.

  • What kind of food is available at the park?

    In the park you will find menus for both children and adults, as well as a wide variety of food . We haver gluten-free food. Consult the menus of our restaurants.

  • Are picnics allowed in our park?

    Yes, there are designated areas; however, picnics out of these areas are not permitted.

    Authorized a single cooler box per person. It is not allowed to enter with portable fridges + 32 liters (length: 48cm, height: 41cm, depth: 32cm).

  • Is it allowed to leave the park to have lunch and return again?

    It is not allowed. You can only go to your car to collect anything you may need. Please consult the information desk.

  • Are there any restrictions to use the attractions?

    Yes. Please consult the rules and regulations for each attraction. They may be some restrictions on rides relating to height, weight and physical conditions of the person. This information is also available on our website. Once in the park, there are signs per attraction indicating proper use and restrictions.     Most of the attractions yes, taking into account of the depth of water on each attraction. You can use floating aids if needed. All attractions are supervised by trained life-guards for your safety.

    Yes, the park has a team of life-guards and monitors. Life-guards are situated in areas such as the swimming pool and monitors are in areas such as slides.
