    Rules

    Park users

Entry to the facilities is subject to capacity limits.

Pets are not allowed in the park.

Visitors coming to the park to enjoy their leisure time must comply with the rules for the proper use of the facilities, as well as follow any instructions given through signage, public address systems, and especially through the supervisors and lifeguards who ensure their safety and that of others.

From the age of 14, visitors may enter the park alone. Children under 14 must be supervised at all times by the persons responsible for their custody.

Be aware of sun risks and use sunscreen before and during your stay.

In queues, the order must be respected and saving a place for others is not allowed.

Each attraction is designed for a specific use, and therefore only by following the rules can the full safety of users be guaranteed. It is the violation of these rules, resulting in improper use of the facilities, that makes the activity unsafe in the water park.

On the contrary, proper use of the facilities (which includes compliance with posted rules and instructions from specialized staff) guarantees user safety at all times.

For the use of the facilities, in addition to complying with general and specific rules, users must be in normal physical and mental condition. These conditions must be considered because in most cases any disability may not be detected by the on-duty staff. A normal state of health is required to use the attractions. People with back or heart problems, dizziness, and pregnant women are not allowed to use the attractions. Pregnant women may not use the following: Kamikaces, Speed Furious, Hurricanes, Storm, and Wild River. It is also recommended not to use: Water Mountain, Python, and Mamba.

People suffering from diseases that may be transmitted through water contact are also not allowed to use the water facilities. In addition to the rules of use, users must respect all other instructions displayed throughout the park, which are intended not only to ensure safety but also to maintain order and hygiene within the park.

In particular, the following rules must be respected:

Sunbeds and hammocks may only be used in designated areas (pool solariums); moving them to other areas is prohibited.

Ball games of any kind are not allowed, nor is the use of throwing objects, hoops, etc.

Picnicking is only permitted in specially designated areas and not in surrounding zones.

The use of personal music devices that may disturb other users is not allowed unless headphones are used.

No user may interrupt the surveillance activities of the park staff, for everyone’s safety.

It is essential not to distract the work of the park’s supervisory staff, for the safety of all.

Tickets, passes, and promotional coupons are personal and non-transferable, and may not be resold or transferred. They must be kept throughout the entire stay at the water park and shown to staff if requested.

Torn, altered, photocopied, or damaged tickets will not be accepted.

Once inside the park, exit and re-entry are not permitted. If a visitor leaves, a new ticket must be purchased to re-enter.

Entry prices are regulated by height and not age, as access to attractions is also determined by this criterion. No refunds will be given due to weather conditions, power cuts, or any other reason beyond the company’s control. Likewise, no refunds will be made for paid services, nor will tickets be issued for another day.

The park management reserves the right of admission and may expel any user whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate. In such cases, no refund will be given for any admission or services purchased inside the park.

This is mandatory park regulation. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of a season pass without any compensation from Parques Acuáticos de la Costa Brava, S.L.

In such cases, the park management reserves the right to take any legal action that may arise from the events that occurred.

    General rules

Some areas and facilities of the Water Park are under video surveillance.

Smoking is prohibited in offices, children’s and family areas, inside facilities, restaurants, and queues for all attractions.

The consumption of drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances is strictly prohibited.

Most attractions at Water World contain mechanical and electrical components and are therefore subject to maintenance or breakdowns.

In either case, or for operational reasons, the company may have one or more attractions out of service, and assumes no responsibility towards the user. This will not entitle users to any full or partial refund of the admission fee if one or more attractions are out of service. No refunds will be issued for paid services, nor will tickets for another day be provided.

Users will also not be entitled to any refund if, once inside the park, the facilities or even the entire park are closed due to weather conditions, nor to any reimbursement for services already paid.

The park director may order the evacuation of the premises for safety reasons in case of accident, serious breakdown, bomb threat or other risk. As in previous cases, users will not be entitled to any refund.

Users are required to report any accidents, thefts, loss of objects, etc. All guests must report any incident that occurs while using any of the facilities.
