GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTING

The amount of tickets purchased online will not be refunded.

Online offers can only be purchased on the website. Under no circumstances can they be purchased at Aquadiver ticket offices.

For transaction security, all credit card purchase operations will be carried out through the “secure payment” system of the Servired network. If your credit card does not allow “secure” transactions, please contact your bank.

In compliance with the Data Protection Law, your data will be treated confidentially and will not be used for any purpose other than processing the ticket purchase. Your email address will only be used to confirm your purchase and send you the corresponding reference code. This email does not include personal data such as your address, credit card details, or any other sensitive information.

You will receive an email with the purchased ticket and the reference number. Tickets are bearer tickets and are valid for single use only. After purchase, you must go to the park to use the ticket. Once used for the first time, it cannot be used again by anyone else. Parcs Aquàtics de la Costa Brava, SL is not responsible for any misuse of the online purchased ticket (photocopies, multiple prints, etc.).

Offers cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

Offers are valid only for private individuals. They are not valid for groups or travel agencies.

Offers purchased online do not include free transport to the park.

Parcs Aquàtics de la Costa Brava, SL reserves the right to invalidate any purchase at any time, refunding the amount of the transaction.

Tickets purchased are valid for the current season. If any offer has specific limitations regarding expiration or validity, these will be stated in the relevant offer and will prevail.

Ticket validity is always subject to the water park’s capacity.

In case of loss of the reference number, you must contact our sales department.

Compliance with the internal regulations of the water park is mandatory.

Pets are not allowed.

Right of admission is reserved.
